are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory
Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will
be responsible for maintaining accurate records of our inventory
levels, overseeing the receipt and storage of new stock, and
managing inventory audits to ensure the integrity of stock
information. Your expertise and ability to make decisions will play
a key role in optimizing our inventory control systems and
supporting the overall operational efficiency of our organization.

love data entry and geeking out on the detailsBe a key player in
facilitating the process of inventory management: Accurate, Active,
and AvailableExcellent computer, administrative, and mathematical
skills. Properly comprehend and fill out paperwork including
invoices and reportsHave the ability to stay focused and work
independently in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in written and
oral communication with the ability to communicate effectively
one-on-one with large groups, and with multiple departmentsBe
open-minded to change and excited to make a differenceMaintain
real-time inventory accuracy, including conducting regularly
scheduled cycle countsMaking sure the best processes and training
in the following areas are complete; receiving, rotating, and
loading correct amounts for deliveries and other customer
purchasesComplete routine yard walks for special order items with
the appropriate team membersMaintain a clean S.O. and Negative on
Hand reportManage correct storage spaces based on set
min/maxEffectively communicate product changes with the appropriate
team membersMust be creative with a passion for getting to the root
cause of issues and fixing it foreverExpectation to also perform
duties of yard operations, as neededAssist customers with loading
lumber and other building materials into personal vehicle or
homeConvey materials to or from vendor delivery vehicles, storage,
work sites, or designated areas using forklift, dolly, and other
devicesMust have a clean driving record for deliveries (CDL
preferred, but not required)As you grow in your role you will
