_Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant__Evening (3p-11p) and/or Night (11p-7a) _The Gardens Adult Family Homes, LLC is licensed as an Adult Family Home that takes pride in providing quality care to each resident. WE ARE GROWING...we currently have four homes and are ready to hire staff for our fifth brand new home. Our residents receive excellent care because we are always looking for excellent caregivers.Visit our website to learn more about our company visit our website: www.GardensAFH.com or watch our video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhgnoDn6lZ8Qualifications:* Provide direct care in accordance with established care plans* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and feeding* Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to Director of Nursing* Familiarity with ECP, EMR system* Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation* Preferred experience in long term care and Alzheimer's care* Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities* Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical ethics* Ability to lift and move residents safely.
