Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Nursing
Assistant positions and specialize in long-term care at our nursing
home facilities throughout the state of Wisconsin.Being an agency,

allows employees to work on a casual or full-time status. Full-time

month.Positions come with weekly pay, plus the opportunity for

become a part-time or full-time permanent employee at one of our
facilities:Essential Job Duties Responsibilities (CNA)* Attend to
the individual needs of residents which may include assistance in
personal and oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting,
colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation,
range of motion, communicating, or other needs not listed.* Observe
residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report
these changes to appropriate licensed nursing personnel.* Provide
care that maintains each resident's skin integrity to prevent
pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by changing
incontinent residents, turning, repositioning immobile residents,
and applying moisturizers to fragile skin, etc.* Answer residents'
call bells promptly and courteously.* Perform various tasks
assigned by the charge nurse including vital signs, residents'
weights, applying creams/ointments, collecting specimens, etc.*
Assist with orienting residents and their families to the nursing
home upon admission and to the unit when transfers occur.* Lift,
move, and transport residents, using proper body mechanics or
lifting devices for accident prevention.* Communicate and interact
effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families,
peers, and supervisors.* Complete certified nursing assistant
records, documenting care provided or other information in keeping
with department policiesThe duties and responsibilities listed
above are not all inclusive. There may be other tasks assigned to
the role that should be handled professionally and

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents and family
alike* Exceptional customer service* Ability to multi-task, and
accomplish and meet timelines* Competency to complete any procedure
ordered within realm of job of a Certified Nursing
AssistantQualificationsTo be considered for this role, a candidate
must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus successful
completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant Certification
course. Candidates must hold a current Nursing Assistant
Certification in the state in which he or she is practicing and
have at least 6 months experience in long-term care.Candidates must
also have reliable means of transportation and a negative TB test,
valid within the last 6 months.CompensationPay is determined based
on years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.Pay Range:
$22-$25 per hourMidwest Clinical Resource, LLC is not a 1099
