Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to
provide outpatient rehabilitation services in the homes of older
adults. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients in their
private residences or independent living facilities.
Responsibilities include organizing and conducting occupational
therapy programs, supervising assistants, and participating in
patient care conferences. The therapist will also consult with
other members of the rehabilitation team and make referrals to
address the comprehensive needs of the patient.
