nursing job in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.Job Description &
Requirements
Shift: 8hr Day Shift (40)
Shift Information: 7:45a-5:15p; Monday-Friday
On-call, Call Back Requirements: None
Weekend Rotation: None
Holiday requirements: Closed Christmas and New Years Day
Floating requirements: May float to Sheboygan Falls (5 miles away),
Howard's Grove (16 miles away) or between Sheboygan Falls and
Howard's Grove (5 miles between the two locations) Will know if
floating 1 week in advance, or day of depending on call-outs
JOB DESCRIPTION
Clinic has 6 exam rooms with 2 providers - each seeing approx.
18-23 patients per pay. Traveler can expect to receive up to 1-week
of orientation, based on comfort level. Any solid color scrubs
acceptable-must be professional. Free parking onsite. The office
sees Peds to Geriatrics patients focusing on Comprehensive
preventive care, such as annual physical exams and vaccinations;
diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic
diseases.
Candidate MUST HAVE:
- 2 years clinic RN experience
- active RN license (WI or compact)
- active BLS (AHA)
- EPIC experience
HIGHLY PREFER candidate with Family Medicine/pediatrics
experience.
Technical skills required: Triaging, medication refills, handle
phone calls, In Basket messaging, EKG, injections, able to help
