UW Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Family Practice for a job in MIDDLETON, Wisconsin.
Employment Type: Staff
Monday through Friday. You will work at the Wingra Clinic.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
Perform annual physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our family medicine population.
Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly.
Perform telemedicine (video and telephone) visits.
Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program
