Machine Operator - 3rd shift Are you ready to take your machine operating skills to the next level? We're looking for a dedicated Machine Operators. With a starting pay of $20.00 plus a 5% premium, this is your chance to shine in a role that involves setting up machines, ensuring product quality, and performing minor repairs. Job Duties: Moisturize and perforate attachments inline to the shirring section and are part of the machine operator's responsibilities. Input machine settings according to a work order, machine set-up sheets and any other special instructions. Observing and detecting deviations causing quality issues or improper functioning of the machine is required. Learn and perform machine set-ups, changeovers and other minor repairs/tasks required for this operation. Responsible for the quality of the products produced and will perform quality checks, as required, to ensure all quality standards are met. Track quantity of product shirred for each order. Schedule: 3rd shift Monday - Friday 3:00 pm -11:00 pm (OT as needed, including weekends) Pay: starting at $20.00 DOE plus 5% premium Requirements: Ability to read and decipher information as stated on the order packet. Basic computer entry skills using Microsoft Word and Excel. Perform math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and averaging. Able to read rulers and gauges. Ability to grasp bundles of products. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. *Job is primarily performed standing.
