Coordinator will coordinate/monitor day to day Loan Servicing
functions, tasks, and processes with emphasis on resolving the more
complicated and challenging items. Schedule, create, run, and
maintain automated system maintenance programs/analysis's as
applicable, ensuring regulatory compliance by providing results to
supporting department. Provide technical support to the Loan
Servicing department by running scripts and recommending reports on
loan systems as needed, reviewing the data being delivered for
accuracy, and applicability to the information being requested.
Support various Loan Servicing department tasks as requested,
including, but not limited to, developing, reviewing and
streamlining process enhancements, and provide training when
needed. Participate in projects, system enhancement testing and
other tasks as assigned.This person will,
- Provide customers, bank associates, customer service units,
correspondents, vendors, and colleagues timely support when
handling verbal and written responses to inquiries via telephone,
referral and letter by reviewing account and loan file documents.
Maintain a high level of customer service by adhering to our Brand
standards (clear, capable, responsive, attitude) and providing
accurate information in this manner.
- Complete applicable report requests for regularly scheduled and
one-time reports by performing system functions to provide
accurate, applicable, well-organized data to department members,
supervisor, manager, vendors and others.
- Compile reportable data including collecting, creating and
maintaining accurate monthly data for all measurable department
tasks.
- Respond, research, resolve, track, report, and follow up on any
Loan Servicing escalated cases.
- Assist management with various department projects, including
compiling data for internal or external auditors and/or compliance
staff.
- Assist in needs analysis and preparation of requests for system
enhancements. Monitor/report progress of request. Collaborate in
review and revision of enhancements to/from Information
Technologies and service vendors.RequirementsEducation
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience RequiredExperience
- Less than 2 years General banking and/or office experience.
Required
- 2-4 years Loan Servicing knowledge and advanced knowledge of
bank policies, procedures and products. PreferredIn addition to
