Job Title: Surgical Technologist Job Specialty: Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1st Shift, 0630-1900, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday on call Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 hours per week Experience: - Two years of full-time equivalent experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred License: - Not specified Certifications: - Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) from the American Heart Association or an approved equivalent Must-Have: - Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program, Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist, Froedtert Health sponsored Apprentice II Program, or ten or more years of experience as a Surgical Tech - High School Diploma or GED Job Description: - Collaborate with the surgical team to provide patient care, ensuring goals are met and the mission of the hospital is carried out. - Perform procedures in a variety of specialties requiring knowledge and skills. - Demonstrate a high level of collaboration with peers in making decisions related to surgical patient care. - Other duties as assigned.
