Job Description:

Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities, assisting with complex and non-routine tasks.

  Work Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday
    
  • One week on call for nights and weekends every 13 weeks
    
    Responsibilities:
    
    • 
      
    • Perform repairs according to work orders or verbal instructions
      
    • Compile proper documentation following established policies and procedures
      
    • Identify and request parts and components needed to complete tasks
      
    • Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and appliance repairs
      
    • Perform basic carpentry and assist with minor construction projects
      
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
      
    • Enter work orders, document tasks, and close work orders in the electronic record-keeping system
